Building Change-Six Month Journey

Service Description

Your Building Change Six Month Journey begins with the The Foundational Change three month program. Personal wellness, better relationships and improved performance (work, life, goal achievement) are all supported in this foundational approach to change. You will begin by learning and applying highly effective, proven practices to build both awareness and new habits that support your personal growth. Weekly 1 hour coaching sessions, daily exercises and education are included to fast track your progress in the first three months. Over the second three months, once you've laid your foundation on which to build, you will then continue with bi-weekly, one hour coaching sessions targeted toward your specific goals. Using the analogy of Building Your Inner Home of Happiness, you will erect your walls, put your roof in place, then use your creativity to design your home (your life). You will experience profound results in as little as three weeks, with positive changes building over our six months together.
