When building a new home, there are various phases of construction. Each phase is necessary to achieve the end result of having a new home you will enjoy for years to come. Your journey of personal resilience, transformation and the search for happiness may be likened to building a new home. With any new construction, you must first prepare the site; clearing obstacles, laying new networks for sewer, hydro, etc. Once the site is ready, you may then pour a solid foundation on which to build. In similar manner, the Foundational Change Three Month Program lays the necessary foundation for your personal growth. Next, the supporting walls must be positioned so the roof may be erected. Windows are roughed in to provide light and a view of the world around you. Inside finishing is creatively completed to reflect your vision. The landscaping and garden are then created, further reflecting your inspiration. The Building Change Six Month Program is designed to build upon the foundation you establish with the Foundational Change program. Regular maintenance of your home, as well as weeding of your garden, ensures that your home provides you with comfort for many years to come. You are able to withstand the changing weather and storms that rage outside. The Maintaining Change package includes 12 months of development, taking you through all three stages - Foundational Change, Building Change, then completion and maintenance of your Inner Home of Happiness. While the Foundational Program is just that - essential for laying a foundation of wellness - it's only a start. You wouldn't stop at the foundation stage if you were truly building a new home! I've included progressive discounts in the programs to encourage you to finish the construction of your inner home of happiness. Depending on your situation, I encourage you to consider extending your commitment to yourself by opting for a longer term program. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Without the required notice, you will be charged for the appointment time. Payment in advance is required for all services. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled or paused at any time. Refunds will be prorated for the month if applicable. There are no refunds for packages purchased, as results are dependent on your efforts. If for any reason I cancel or reschedule our appointment, I will also provide you with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If I fail to do so, and the appointment if missed, I will refund you for the missed appointment. All payments are in Canadian dollars.
